1. Important Simulation Disclaimer

WARNING: Loan Monkey is a mock mortgage simulation, interactive gamified workspace, and educational research tool. We are a mortgage lead generator and do not act as a lender, bank, or mortgage broker. We do not extend credit, make credit decisions, lock interest rates, accept loan applications, or make real offers of credit. All calculations, pre-approvals, rate quotes, interest rate vectors, and savings figures generated by this app are mock mathematical projections.

2. Information We Collect

When you interact with the Mortgage Trajectory Cockpit, the Rate Buster arcade game, or our teaser landing pages, we may collect coordinates you voluntarily input:

• Contact Coordinates: Full name, email address, phone number, and zip code to link you with partner mortgage brokers.
• Scenario Telemetry: Financial variables such as self-reported annual income, credit score tier, monthly debts, assets, home price, down payment, and simulated interest rates.
• Session Identifiers: Randomly generated session IDs saved locally on your browser (localStorage) to persist your active cockpit configuration.

3. How We Use and Share Information (TCPA Consent)

Your contact details are used to process mock pre-approvals and coordinate sandbox sessions. If you explicitly request broker matching (by clicking "Connect with Brokers Now" or submitting the intent dossier package), your telemetry profile and contact coordinates are routed to approved third-party mortgage brokers in our network to facilitate real-world quotes.

TCPA Communications Consent: By submitting your telephone number, you provide your express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) to be contacted by Loan Monkey and our partner mortgage brokers/lenders at the number provided. This includes communications via telephone calls, text messages, automated dialers, SMS, or artificial/pre-recorded voice. You understand that consent is not a condition of credit or purchase and that message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of these communications at any time.

We do not sell your personal data to unauthorized advertisers. All data transfer is secured over SSL channels.

4. Telemetry Storage (Redis Core)

Active sandbox variables are persisted in our secure Redis database for up to seven (7) days to allow return session calibration. Leads submitted for broker matching are logged in our records with infinite retention unless a deletion request is received.

5. Your Rights and Contact Control

You can clear your active simulation cookies and reset your local session at any time by clicking "Restart Console" in the landing page footer. To request a complete erasure of your lead records from our matching logs, email us at privacy@loanmonkey.com.
