1. Telemetry Simulation Agreement

LOAN MONKEY IS A MOCK MORTGAGE SIMULATION SUITE AND LEAD GENERATOR. All interest rates, approval estimations, FICO vectors, monthly payments (PITI), and suitability paths displayed are purely mock models generated for entertainment, game tracking, and educational research purposes. They do not represent real financial terms, guaranteed mortgage products, or real offers of credit. Loan Monkey is not a lender, bank, or mortgage broker, and does not charge any fees to consumers for using this simulator.

2. Use of Simulator

By engaging with our cockpit and mortgage control consoles, you agree that you are utilizing this software to run mock scenarios. You acknowledge that any rate locks, underwriting verdicts, or pre-approval logs generated inside the Rate Buster arcade game or Trajectory Cockpit Matrix do not hold legal or financial binding power with any bank, lender, or federal agency.

3. Third-Party Broker Distribution & TCPA Consent

Loan Monkey includes a distribution engine that routes submitted scenario coordinates to verified third-party mortgage brokers. By submitting your contact name, email, phone, and zip code, you explicitly authorize Loan Monkey to transmit these parameters to licensed brokers in our network.

TCPA Communications Consent: By submitting your telephone number, you provide your express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) to be contacted by Loan Monkey and our network of partner brokers/lenders at the number provided. This includes communications via telephone calls, text messages, automated dialers, SMS, or artificial/pre-recorded voice. Consent is not a condition of credit or purchase and standard messaging/data rates may apply. You can revoke consent at any time.

These brokers may contact you to provide real quotes and financial advice. Loan Monkey is not responsible for the products, underwriting, or communications of these third-party lenders.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

This simulator is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any mock calculators or AI-driven underwriting narratives. You should consult a licensed financial advisor or mortgage broker before entering into any real-world credit contract.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Loan Monkey or its creators be liable for any damages, losses, or investment mistakes arising from your reliance on the mock numbers generated by the cockpit simulator.
